What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, current insurance company, renewal date, the coverage you’re interested in and any message.
- What you tell us by phone, text, email or in person while we quote or service your insurance.
- Basic technical information our website host records for security, such as your IP address and browser type.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and prepare insurance quotes.
- To set up, change and service your policies, and to help with claims.
- To send you text messages, only if you checked the box agreeing to them.
Who we share it with
We share your information with the insurance companies we quote or place your coverage with, and with service providers that run our website and email, only as needed to do that work. We may also share it when the law requires. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts, we’ll text you about your request and your insurance. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never required to get a quote. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
Keeping it safe
We limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you, and our website runs over an encrypted connection. Your insurance company’s own privacy notice explains how it handles your information.
Children
This website isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes and questions
